Charlotte is a RICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor with six years’ experience at Savills and smaller firms. She specialises in development viability, optimisation, and valuations.

I come from a background in Physics and began my career as a technical consultant before moving into education, where I taught for several years. Eventually, I transitioned full-time into B&P, bringing together analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a real passion for property.
